Location: Remote

Key Requirements
10+ years of overall IT experience
4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer (not just certifications)
Strong experience designing and implementing ServiceNow GRC solutions
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (7+ years preferred)

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules
Configure UI components (Forms, Lists, Workspaces, Dashboards, Reports, Portals)
Build workflows using Business Rules, Flows, Script Includes, and Notifications
Manage Users, Roles, Groups, ACLs, and Update Sets
Perform data imports and build integrations using REST APIs & Integration Hub
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide production support
Create technical documentation and support deployments
