    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an L1 Product Owner to join the Lending & Client Products team at Wells Fargo. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in product management within a fast-paced, agile environment. The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to support the delivery of lending and CRM-related applications. The position requires strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic, high-volume workload. The Product Owner will play a foundational role in the product development lifecycle, supporting both business and technical teams.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business needs-especially in lending and collateral space-into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements.
    • Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business goals and project timelines.
    • Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to support delivery.
    • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, helping to remove blockers, clarify requirements, and facilitate smooth communication.
    • Contribute to creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation, feature updates, and internal communications.
    • Support multiple applications related to lending, underwriting, investor enablement (e.g., nCino, Delta, Intralinks), as well as CRM platforms like Salesforce and Dynamics.
    • Thrive in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment requiring quick thinking, strong problem-solving, and adaptability.
