We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Field Service Support Consultant to provide end-to-end support for our Field Service operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service module, troubleshooting issues, and managing configurations.

They should possess strong AMS experience, ensuring system stability and enhancements.

Key responsibilities include

  1. Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics 365 Field Service module, ensuring smooth operations.
  2. Manage work orders, resource scheduling, asset tracking, and inventory management within the Field Service module and integrations with third-party systems.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  4. Candidates should have a techno-functional mindset, with knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, APIs, and Dataverse.
  5. Collaborate with developers for scripting, development of utilities and low-code enhancements.
  6. Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs related to incident response and resolution times, system uptime, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  7. Experience in ITIL service management processes and user training is preferred.
  8. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and conduct end-user training, create documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
