JOB DESCRIPTION

DevOps Engineer
Primary Skills:

Working with the team to design, document, build, secure, and maintain Elasticsearch, Kibana (ELK Stack) Enterprise solutions deployed in the cloud to support non-production and production deployments
Working closely with architects, engineers, and integrators to assess customer requirements and to design and support an ELK Stack solution to ensure compliance with dashboard data requirements
Follow life cycle processes to move solutions from Dev to Test to Pre-Staging to Production
Configuring and maintaining Linux based Operating system files in support of the Elasticsearch products (yur updates and product version upgrades)
Installing and configuring an Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) solution in a non-production and production environments and ensuring communication and integration among the Elasticsearch products and data sources
Required Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Elasticsearch Engineer:
Design and implement Elasticsearch clusters to meet specific performance and availability requirement:
Monitor cluster health using monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot cluster issues.
Kibana Engineer:
Assign and manage roles and privileges in Kibana and Elasticsearch.
Read from and write to Kibana indices:
Manage index templates and tokens.
Check the availability of the Elasticsearch. cluster.
Activate, search, and retrieve user profiles.
Update user profile data for the kibana-* namespace.
