We are seeking four experienced and detail-oriented Senior Information Security Analysts to enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This role is critical in improving how internal teams access and manage enterprise services, focusing on documentation, self-service enablement, and communication strategies. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to streamline the lifecycle management of business roles within mainframe applications.

About the Role
We are seeking four experienced and detail-oriented Senior Information Security Analysts to enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This role is critical in improving how internal teams access and manage enterprise services, focusing on documentation, self-service enablement, and communication strategies. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to streamline the lifecycle management of business roles within mainframe applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Documentation & Content Development
- Gather, review, and validate documentation detailing IAM-related services from product and engineering teams.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content on Confluence for internal use.
- Communication & Enablement
- Create and maintain communication materials such as infographics, slide decks, newsletters, and Confluence posts to socialize IAM concepts and project updates.
- Develop training materials, including one-pagers and quick reference guides for enablement sessions.
- Business Role Lifecycle Management
- Partner with business units to coordinate the creation, modification, certification, and deletion of business roles in mainframe applications.
- Define and refine standard operating procedures and workflows for efficient, auditable role lifecycle management.
- Track progress, identify challenges, and implement process improvements.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, IAM, IT operations, or similar fields.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience documenting business processes aligned with risk frameworks.
- Proficiency with Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
- Background in change management or process improvement methodologies.
