Description
We are looking for a skilled Application Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of application development projects in the dynamic Real Estate & Property industry. This long-term contract position is based in San Diego, California, and offers an excellent opportunity to manage complex IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate application development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee project lifecycles, from initial planning and requirements gathering to execution and delivery.
Manage teams using Agile Scrum methodologies, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Implement change management strategies to support smooth transitions and user adoption.
Monitor and control project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, and performance metrics.
Utilize expertise in tools such as MRI Software, Oracle, and PeopleSoft to streamline processes and solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges throughout project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT project management.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to key stakeholders and management.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT project management, specifically in application development within the Real Estate & Property industry.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and change management processes.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Cloud-based solutions.
Hands-on experience with MRI Software and other relevant tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project risk management and problem-solving techniques.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
