- Role: Project Manager – RCA
Job Description:
Seeking a Project Manager with strong RCA (Revenue Cloud) and Salesforce experience. The PM will lead process improvements, manage RCA-driven initiatives, and ensure streamlined delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead RCA-driven Salesforce projects and enhancements
- Facilitate RCA workshops and document action plans
- Manage timelines, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to implement corrective actions
- Provide project status reporting and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce or IT Project Management
- Hands-on experience conducting RCA for system/process issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
