JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking highly motivated Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to join our Platform Engineering team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems and services. This is a hands-on role ideal for engineers who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Senior candidates should bring 5+ years of experience and Junior candidates 3+ years of experience.

RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure and services.
  • Develop and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual toil and improve system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure application reliability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortems for production incidents.
  • Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents with urgency.
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability using SonarQube.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, especially using Harness (training provided if needed).


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years (junior) / 5+ years (senior) in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
  • Strong experience with SonarQube is required.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
  • Strong Linux systems and networking knowledge.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).


Preferred
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Harness.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into existing teams.
