We are looking to hire hands on Business Process Analyst for 3 months contract in Houston TX.

document As-Is and To-Be business processes to support the organization along with recommendations for the implementation roadmap. The documentation will include processes, tools, people and pain points/inefficiencies. We anticipate addressing up to 13 enterprise-wide processes and 2 reporting/KPI related activities and conducting up to 17 workshops/interview sessions (13 internal and 4 customer interviews). Some internal stakeholder meetings would be combined based on the process overlaps. Client will document the following high-priority workflows and supporting processes:

Order to Cash Workflow:

o Order intake with customer terminology variations

o Project tracking and accounting

o Invoicing

o Payment matching (including short pay) and Revenue recognition

Survey Delivery Workflow:

o Field services

Scheduling

Execution

o CAD drafting and drawing completion

o Quality control

o Rework and Approval

Workforce Management:

o Hiring, Onboarding

o Training

o Productivity tracking, and retention practices

Management and Executive Reporting

o Scheduling and Capacity Management

o Work queue monitoring

o Management Reporting (unit production, employee production, revenue)

o KPI rationalization (up to 12 KPIs) for production metrics, financial tracking and employee performance reporting.

Customer interviews (up to 4) and/or surveys:

o Understand customer pain points in their current interactions.

o Gather insights into what would make it easier or more valuable to work with Allpoints.

o Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and retention.
