Job Summary and Responsibilities
This is a remote position.
As our IT Principal Integration Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across enterprise systems to support critical business operations.
Every day you will architect, build, and maintain robust integration platforms and services, leveraging diverse technologies to connect applications and databases. You'll collaborate with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define specifications, and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
To be successful, you need extensive expertise in integration patterns, middleware, and API management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. You'll demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, meticulous system design, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

This is a remote position.
As our IT Principal Integration Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across enterprise systems to support critical business operations.

- May be called upon to manage a cross functional or enterprise level major incidents or failure
- Lead large EAI teams in large complex projects (and support issues) or functional areas of larger projects or programs
- Heavy emphasis on Clinical and Revenue Cycle management product lines and workflow
- Provides expertise, or leads, in the evaluation, engineering/design and implementation services for new products, technologies and solutions to address corporate business requirements
- Has a deep awareness and understanding of emerging trends and technologies in IT and Healthcare and is considered a technical expert
- Author enterprise policy, procedure or guidelines
Job Requirements
Required
- 10+ years relevant experience, upon hire and
- Bachelors Other in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, or Business discipline or equivalent experience, upon hire and
- Broad experience with server, infrastructure architecture and application design, upon hire and
- Leading architectural design of large enterprise initiatives and A record of partnering with Clinical and/or Revenue Cycle Management Senior leadership, upon hire
Preferred
- Experience working with HL7, HIPAA transactions sets, and EDI engines is highly, upon hire
