We are excited to announce an opening for a skilled PostgreSQL Architect/Engineer.

This role is 100% onsite in Omaha and if relocating must be onsite day 1.

Role Overview: As a PostgreSQL Architect/Engineer, you will lead the management and optimization of our PostgreSQL databases, ensuring high levels of performance and reliability. You will also work on migration projects from Oracle to PostgreSQL and contribute to our database architecture strategies.

  • PostgreSQL DBA
    
  • Linux Bash and Shell Scripting
    
  • PostgreSQL Management Platforms
    
  • PostgreSQL Monitoring
    
  • PostgreSQL Backup and Recovery
    
• Good to Have:
  
  • Oracle DBA
    
  • Migrating Oracle to PostgreSQL
    
  • Migrating PL/SQL to PL/pgSQL
    
  • Java Full Stack Development
    

Experience Level:

• Senior Level
  
• 10+ years of experience in RDBMS platforms
  

Desired Profile:

• Very strong PostgreSQL DBA skills
  
• Expertise in PostgreSQL large enterprise management
  
• Proficient in PostgreSQL scripting and automation
  
• Experience in establishing PostgreSQL architectures
  
• Good experience with migrating from Oracle to PostgreSQL
  
• Oracle DBA skills are advantageous
  
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Strong Oracle database skills are essential
  
• Proven track record of delivering projects with first-time right/zero defects in production.
  

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 to $131,786 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
