Candidate Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ Yrs
a. Bare minimum telecom background OSS/BSS Stack, Network understanding
b. Hands on with Jira Test Cases, Test Cycles, Defect Life cycle, Dashboards, Development lifecycle (EPICs, User Stories, Big Picture)
c. Testing: Very important where this person can help with integration testing, E2E testing, Performance testing etc.
d. Escalation Mgmt, Stakeholder Mgmt for Communication
e. Crisp Daily/Weekly/Monthly status slides to Program PMOs and Sr Mgmt (VPs). Good with Power Points and MS Excel.
f. Ability to work with engineers and PMs to sort out inter dependencies between teams.
