Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team of digital transformation experts. You will play a key role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that support mission-critical programs for our public and private sector clients. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain custom Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms (e.g help desk system, back end systems)
  • Build and expose REST/SOAP API Web Services from Salesforce for real-time or scheduled batch jobs
  • Experience implementing OAuth, Apex JIT Handler, Credentials and Single Sign On
  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience with Omnistudio preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and FedRAMP environments.

Additional Details:

  • Bachelor Degree required based on LCAT and Salesforce Admin certificate preferred
