Job Title: Software Engineer - Genesys Engage (Contingent Resource)
Job Description:
As a contingent resource, you will consult on complex, large-scale engineering initiatives with broad impact. You'll analyze multifaceted challenges requiring deep technical expertise and strategic thinking, particularly in the deployment and management of Genesys Engage On-Premise applications. Your contributions will support the resolution of sophisticated engineering problems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Title: Software Engineer - Genesys Engage (Contingent Resource)
Job Description:
As a contingent resource, you will consult on complex, large-scale engineering initiatives with broad impact. Responsibilities:
- Lead and consult on large-scale engineering projects involving Genesys Engage.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges across multiple systems and components.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client personnel to drive strategic outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Engage On-Premise Applications.
- Proven expertise in deploying and managing the following Genesys components:
- Genesys Framework/Management
- SIP Servers
- Resource Manager
- Media Control Platform (MCP)
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Tservers
- Universal Routing Server
- Stat Server
- Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX)
- Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE)
- Callback
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate unprecedented factors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in regulated environments with strict compliance requirements.
