Job Details

Business Initiative/Purpose: 

  • Drive project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Seeking a skilled project manager to support high-priority work across our teammate engagement and location strategy efforts for the next 6 months.
  • This contractor will help drive project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely delivery.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in workplace strategy, employee programs, or organizational change is required.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Able to coordinate and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and skilled at preparing updates, materials, and facilitating meetings.

Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: 

  • Hands-on experience designing, launching, or operationalizing initiatives related to employee engagement, office footprint, hybrid work, and space utilization.
