The Trust & Safety team is dedicated to ensuring that all Pinners have a safe experience on Pinterest. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead a cross-functional team that collaborates with product and engineering teams across Pinterest to ensure Trust & Safety signals are properly integrated and products are built with safety by design.

What you'll do:
  • Develop a deep understanding of machine learning model development and detecting unsafe content
  • Build a roadmap and drive execution for the Trust & Safety Platform team
  • Act as a liaison between Trust & Safety and other product teams at Pinterest
  • Own 3rd party integrations
  • Lead cross functional working groups focused on solving Trust & Safety problems

What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years product management experience
  • Trust & Safety and/or analytics or engineering experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail and comfort solving ambiguous product problems
  • Great business judgment, ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders
