SAP SD OTC with S4 HANA
Atlanta, GA
12 Months
Must-Have
1. Overall 10+ years in SAP as SD consultants covering all end to configurations
2. Must have experience working in SAP SD rebates and S/4 Settlement management along with all OTC end to end processes
3. System Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement SAP Settlement Management modules to align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
4. Handling settlement of rebates, external and internal commissions, and royalties, as well as other business process-specific settlements
5. Must have worked in SAP SD/OTC module at least in 2 S/4 HANA implementations.
6. Experience of working within a formal project methodology ASAP and Agile frame works /
7. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements frame Business Analysis and Requirements gathering, Process mapping, Project scope and gap analysis.
8. Understanding business process, study and analyze workflow to design solutions
9. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements and process improvements
10. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
11. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
12. Creation of Functional specification and explaining the impacts of change to technical team. Must have worked on Integration with other modules SD-FI, SD-MM, Defining SD organizational units and assigning them in customizing
13. Must have worked on Fiori Apps, well versed with CDS view functionality
14. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
15. Design, customize, configure and testing of SD Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
16. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
17. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
18. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
19. Familiarity with RICEFW objects, pricing routines, BADI, and BAPI implementations.
20. Conduct enhancements and solution approach and analyze its cross functional impact to the system and document
21. Work on Enhancements from requirements gathering to solutioning to testing and implementation
22. Proven track in requirements gathering, creating functional specifications, and collaborating with both business and IT teams.
23. Experience in testing, go-live preparations, and hyper care phases
Good-to-Have
1. Construction/Manufacturing industry background
2. SAP HANA SD/CCM certification or any certification related settlement management
3. Effectively manage Settlement Management Commissions & Rebates modules, with more focus on various settlements integration with finance
4. Technical (ABAP) Knowledge/basic understanding of Settlement Management programs, User exits, Structures, CDS views & CCM reports.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Handling all SAP S/4 Settlement Management related enhancements and configuration and clear the back logs
2 SAP OTC end to end designing and configuration, fit gap analysis, testing and related documentation
3 Lead all requirements gathering and designing and configuration
4 Work with ABAP/SD team to conclude the required developments
5 Handles Break / Fix emergencies and Enhancements
6 Works with business COE/IT experts to make sure the business requirement are implemented with the best practices and standardized solutions
