IMMEDIATE NEW JOB OPENING for a Scrum Master to join our team and work in a hybrid setting out of Dallas, Texas for our global client.  This role will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
• Ensure that team members understand project objectives.
• Maintain product backlog and release plan and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals.
• Preserve flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.
• Manage release/delivery management aspects for monthly releases.
• Draft release notes for key items included in each release.
• Drive weekly roadmap, release, and sprint planning calls.
• Manage agile ceremonies within the team - stand up, retrospective, refinement, sprint planning, release planning, pre-refinement.
• Produce weekly executive updates for product and progress.
• Engage with supporting teams on any key deliverables required for team.
• Learn and understand product to better understand and engage with team members.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Manage release/delivery management aspects for monthly releases
• Product experience, writing and reviewing release notes
• CSM
• Cross functional experience
• Must have experience digging into product and understanding the product
• Experience driving any current blocking issues
• Experience working with product team to prioritize and get ahead
