Purpose:
We are in the market for a seasoned Finance Workstream Leader to take the helm in a sweeping Oracle ERP Cloud conversion initiative, set against the backdrop of the Energy industry, with specific focus on Oilfield Services, Oil & Gas, and Energy Services. This pivotal role calls for strategic leadership across the finance transformation journey, guiding the strategy, execution, and stabilization of finance functions within an intricately woven tech environment.

Role Dynamics:
Champion the Finance workstream integration for a suite of 10 pivotal Oracle ERP Finance modules, including but not limited to areas like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, through to Project Accounting and intricate components such as intercompany and lease accounting.
Forge strong synergies with the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstreams to assure seamless cross-functional coherence and unified solution implementation.
Navigate the full project pathway from architectural design, system setups, data transition and purification (in alliance with technology associates), to integration blueprinting, testing phases, operational commencement, and extended support post-implementation.
Command an international brigade of functional savants, analysts and technical maestros, orchestrating peak performance and strict adherence to project course.
Elevate client interactions for the Finance sphere, cementing powerful executive bonds, and positioning as the go-to consultant on business metamorphosis matters.
Strategically defuse program perils, confirming alignment with corporate aspirations, adherence to industry norms, and observance of international regulatory statutes.
Collaborate with the organizational change crusaders to tackle training needs and change reverberations.

Qualifications & Aptitudes:
In-depth involvement in scoping and implementing Oracle ERP Cloud for Finance on a grand scale, spanning diverse territories if possible.
Firm foundation within the Energy domain, specifically in Oilfield Services, with comprehensive acumen in industry-financial workflows, disclosure obligations, and governance paradigms.
Mastery in engaging high-level stakeholders, winning their confidence, and being perceived as a reliable confidant.
Proficiency in leading projects and managing human assets.
Ability to accommodate travel demands approximating 50% predominantly (typically targeting Monday Thursday treks to Houston, TX; candidates positioned locally are given preference).
