Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to lead the business analysis function for our ERP transformation initiative, with a particular focus on Infor M3. This individual will oversee requirements gathering, business process mapping, and coordination across various ERP workstreams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a strategic mindset, capable of driving alignment between business goals and ERP capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Business Analysts supporting ERP workstreams across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Data Governance.
- Define and enforce business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Oversee the collection of business requirements and process documentation for ERP systems and integrations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, including internal and third-party partners.
- Drive gap analysis efforts during system migration and implementation, including support for M&A-related transitions.
- Ensure requirements are clearly translated into functional specifications and ERP configurations.
- Monitor delivery quality and ensure testing coverage meets operational and business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong ERP implementation experience, ideally with Infor M3.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams in business analysis roles across ERP programs.
- Experience conducting gap analyses and defining business/functional requirements.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, sales, and logistics workflows.
- Familiarity with home builder industry operations (flooring, cabinetry, countertops, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor a distributed team and work across diverse stakeholder groups.
