RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client in search of an Ad Operations & Product Manager of advertising to join their team! This position is full-time, direct hire and on-site near Sunnyside, Queens, NY.
Overview:
We are looking for a hybrid Ad Operations & Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of execution and innovation. In this role, you will oversee and evolve the infrastructure behind a suite of digital media products, including Taxi TV, mobile platforms, dashboards, and programmatic systems.
You will manage full-cycle ad operations-campaign QA, trafficking, pacing, and troubleshooting-while also contributing as a product manager to shape the future of our media offerings. This role involves close collaboration with business development, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and forward-thinking product development.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is both detail-oriented and visionary-equally comfortable checking ad tags and writing user stories, managing campaign pacing and mapping out next-gen features. If you're passionate about building smarter media tools while keeping operations sharp and scalable, we'd love to connect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily ad operations across DOOH and mobile ad products, ensuring flawless campaign launches, tracking, and reporting
* Act as the key liaison between media operations and product teams, influencing roadmap priorities through operational insights
* Review and approve incoming programmatic ad creatives to ensure compliance with technical and brand standards
* Define product requirements, write user stories, and support sprint planning with engineering
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and media system workflows
* Stay informed on industry trends to guide product innovation and revenue strategy
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of experience in ad operations, product management, or a hybrid media/tech role
* Hands-on experience with digital advertising tools, programmatic platforms, or DOOH ecosystems
* Familiarity with agile environments and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you thrive in data and dashboards
* Proven ability to translate operational challenges into product improvements
* Bonus: SQL proficiency, experience with mobile app media delivery, or exposure to OOH/DOOH technologies
