We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our Machine Job Shop, Development Manufacturing, Defense and Aerospace sectors. You will be responsible for creating and developing complex set-ups, tolerances, and specialty materials. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong background in CNC programming to make a significant impact in a thriving, innovative company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CNC programs for various machines using CAD/CAM software.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize designs for manufacturability.
• Perform complex set-ups and produce parts to tight tolerances.
• Work with a variety of specialty materials, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance and tooling.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all CNC programs and updates.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the Machine Job Shop.
• Work within the Defense and Aerospace sectors, adhering to strict industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the Engineering industry.
• Proven experience in Machine Job Shop, Development Manufacturing, Defense and Aerospace sectors.
• Expertise in creating and managing complex set-ups and working with tight tolerances.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of specialty materials.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in the industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Highly motivated, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
