Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to design, lead, and deliver enterprise-scale Oracle solutions for complex business environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud (OCI) / Oracle Fusion Applications and strong experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners.

This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, architecture leadership, and client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Oracle solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards

Lead architecture and technical strategy for Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) implementations

Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions

Define integration architecture using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, SOA, Middleware

Provide guidance on data migration, security, performance, scalability, and best practices

Review and approve technical designs, solution documents, and implementation plans

Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and technical presentations

Mentor development and functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Oracle technologies

Strong experience as an Oracle Solution Architect / Technical Architect / ERP Architect

Hands-on experience with one or more:

Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, Manufacturing)

Oracle E-Business Suite (R12)

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, Middleware

Strong SQL / PL/SQL knowledge

Experience with Oracle REST APIs, Web Services, and Integrations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in Agile / Waterfall delivery models

Nice to Have (Highly Preferred)

Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI Architect, Oracle Fusion Certified)

Experience with data warehousing, reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher

Exposure to multi-country / multi-entity implementations

Pre-sales or client-facing consulting background
