About the role We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Program Manager to support the execution of compensation programs.
Key responsibilities:
Support compensation programs, such as cycles, Market Pricing, Pay Equity, M&A, etc.
Support compensation team in offer reviews, ad hoc projects, testing complex models.
Support compensation analysts with day-to-day activities, such as offer analyses, compensation reviews, and auditing of dashboards.
Required Experience:
5+ years of compensation or total rewards experience, preferably with strong exposure to individual contributor-focused programs.
Proven experience designing salary structures, leveling frameworks, and managing salary planning cycles.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort building financial/compensation models; experience with compensation platforms and HRIS is preferred.
Experience conducting pay equity analyses and familiarity with relevant pay equity laws/regulations.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence leaders and explain complex topics clearly.
