Job Description:
As an EPM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPBCS and other Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. You ll work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions that support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Architect and implement Oracle EPBCS and related EPM Cloud applications
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable EPM solutions
- Lead technical documentation, configuration, and integration planning
- Provide expertise in Financials, Workforce, and Capital modules
- Oversee integration with ERP, CRM, and other financial systems
- Conduct design workshops, support UAT, and guide deployments
- Promote best practices for performance optimization
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with global delivery teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in CS, IS, Finance, or related field (Master s preferred)
- 8+ years of EPM architecture and implementation experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS modules
- Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, ARCS) or similar platforms
- Understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation
- Skills in data integration, Groovy scripting, and performance tuning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle EPM certifications (EPBCS preferred)
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture and migrations
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Consulting or large-scale transformation project experience
