Role and Experience
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle leading requirements gathering and analysis, testing planning and execution.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for projects and work items support
- Experience using Salesforce Customer Relationship Management.
- Supporting production cases, agency partners and internally driven initiatives. This includes managing the business requirement development life cycle; documenting business rules and functional process maps; developing a requirements traceability matrix; creating test cases, test data, and criteria for acceptance;
- supporting quality assurance acting as a liaison between the customer community and the technical development team; tracking changes and clarifying any issues/risks; supporting Help Desk functions related to production cases.
