About the Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting mid to large employers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in benefits administration and eligibility audit services.
  • Leverage existing broker/consultant relationships to accelerate growth.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and close enterprise-level deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and client services to deliver tailored solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of successful sales and business development experience in benefits administration or dependent eligibility verification.
  • Strong relationships with U.S.-based brokers and consultants in the employee benefits ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success selling enterprise solutions with long and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of benefits technology and HR outsourcing landscape.
  • Located in the U.S. with the ability to manage national coverage (remote position available)
