Sr Production Artist

Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Production Artist with a passion for graphic design and production to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining our high-quality brand presence as a leading organization in the homebuilding industry. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal marketing teams to execute projects with precision, ensure quality assurance, and deliver outstanding results while maintaining consistency with our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Production Artist, Art Director, and broader design team to ideate and execute creative projects in a collaborative environment.
• Project Alignment: Work alongside cross-functional teams to fully understand project objectives and meet expectations while adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal teams, such as the Digital Operations Team, and external vendors to gather necessary resources and assets for each project.
• Quality Assurance: Take responsibility for testing and verifying that all final production assets meet the highest standards in visual quality and functionality.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed of the latest trends in design, production tools, and techniques to ensure deliverables are innovative and on par with industry standards.
• Print Production Support: Work with printing partners to ensure top-quality color reproduction and timely delivery of printed materials.
• Organizational Excellence: Maintain an organized workflow with clear project management systems, including file management, version control, and process documentation.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of professional experience in design and art direction, with a strong emphasis on graphic design production for print and digital mediums.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential. Proficiency in Canva, Airtable, Microsoft Office, and other content creation or workflow tools is a strong plus.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of design and production principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that aligns with brand standards.
• Familiarity with digital design trends and best practices for web and mobile platforms.
• Preferred skills: Mac proficiency and Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant field.
