Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Hybrid Systems Analyst / Senior Software Development Engineer to lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives across infrastructure, security, accessibility, and application enablement. This role will manage security reviews, remediations, server migrations, and software updates, while collaborating with infrastructure and corporate governance teams. The ideal candidate will also assist in optimizing our DevOps pipelines and play a key role in realigning our Windows domains into a unified structure. Additionally, this individual will help drive our transformation toward a product-centric delivery model, aligning technical execution with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Security & Compliance Leadership
  • Lead and coordinate security reviews, remediation efforts, and accessibility compliance initiatives.
  • Partner with corporate security and accessibility teams to ensure alignment with standards and timely resolution of issues.

Infrastructure & Application Enablement
  • Manage server migration projects and software update cycles across environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement design specifications that support scalable and resilient application architectures.
  • Support the realignment of Windows domains into a unified enterprise structure to improve manageability and security.

DevOps & Automation Support
  • Assist in the enhancement and maintenance of DevOps pipelines and processes, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across development and infrastructure workflows.

Strategic Transformation
  • Drive the organization's transition to a product model, helping define product boundaries, ownership structures, and service-level expectations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align infrastructure and application support with product-centric principles.

Technical Leadership & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between development, infrastructure, and governance teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure, security, and compliance.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, accessibility standards, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and ITIL frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Windows domain architecture and Active Directory management.
  • Experienced using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with product-centric delivery models or Agile product management.
  • Experience with enterprise accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
  • Experience supporting or managing DevOps pipelines and automation tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
