Job Details
Job Summary:
- Over all IT experience of 6 to 8 Years
- 3-5+ years of experience as SDET to assess software quality through automated testing using Ruby, Selenium
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation Selenium, Ruby
- Exposure to BDD cucumber
- Java skills used for creating new automation framework
- Experience in QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Collaborate with SDET to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (advanced degrees preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task and drive solutions that meet time-sensitive delivery commitments
