• Oversee onsite event logistics, including catering, transportation, and production, to meet event goals.
• Coordinate event materials, signage, and branding elements for successful execution.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively to enhance event efficiency.
• Manage attendee check-in processes and troubleshoot event technology issues.
• Utilize event analytics tools to track engagement and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event logistics with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in event planning or logistics.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate event planning or convention management.
• Familiarity with event analytics tools and project management software.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or technology.
• Knowledge of vendor negotiation and event budgeting.
