Job Description: -
Must have hands-on Experience highlight:
- 15+ years hands-on development in CA/2E (SYNON) on AS400
- 8+ years hands-on coding in COBOL AS400 / COBOL ILE
- Strong functional experience in PBM / RxClaim domain (core adjudication, pricing, accumulators, Medicare Part D)
- Experience with DB2/400, ACMS/MOM
- Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on
Must-Have Skills set (Technical & Functional):
- AS400 / iSeries development
- CA/2E (SYNON), COBOL/400, COBOL ILE, CLLE, SQL
- DB2/400 database
- PBM functional knowledge: adjudication, pricing, accumulators, benefit plans, patient pay, regulations
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Onshore–offshore team leadership
