Role- Oracle Finance ERP Cloud Business Analyst
Location - Remote is fine but preference is in PST Time
JD-
Knowledge relating to the design of processes and software across the organization.
Advanced skills and methodologies associated with process for software specification, design, modification and implementation.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with executive-level management.
Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated skills needed to develop process and system implementation plans.
Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
4+ years of experience in relational database, SQL, or system development life-cycle project andor equivalent experiencetraining.
2+ years of experience in ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Oracle R12) and a senior team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least 1 full cycle implementation.
4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials
