The Role at a Glance
As Lincoln continues in its technological transformation, the IT Business to Business (B2B) Team is leading the way providing Lincoln's Business partners with the data needed for informed operational and strategic decisions. The B2B Team is seeking an ETL Programmer to help us expand our data processes, extract creation and evolve our data-driven insights. You will be involved in the end-to-end data extraction lifecycle: gathering requirements, optimizing ETL code, writing and standardizing SQL for data delivery, creating the customer facing dashboard. As a technical partner and analyst, you will work with other ETL developers, Systems Analysts, systems owners, and stakeholders to develop a strong data foundation.
What you'll be doing
Create customer facing data extracts, gathering metadata to support B2B Reporting including project management, Team collaboration and creating and revising SQL, coding and processing standards.
Expand your technical & design skillsets with IDMC training, SQL Server training and mentoring to support the expansion of our data extractions & file transmission processes.
Automate data extraction from various sources, perform data wrangling to transform data, and transfer to and from an AWS Cloud environment.
Responsible for documentation of created data flows, data definitions, and communicating these efficiently with stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and objectives, evaluate data's current state, and give feedback to create efficient ETL processes.
Work with team to ensure that quality objectives are met for all requirements .
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone with strong foundational data skills that is looking to expand their data prowess and apply it in the reporting space
Must Haves:
3+ Years of Business to Business (B2B) experience
3+ Years experience creating DTCC Feeds
11+ years experience in Informatica ETL
3+ years SQL Server Database experience
3+ years Teradata Experience
Need to possess understanding of testing concepts related to functional, non-functional, and performance
Possesses a growth mindset and enthusiasm about learning new skills
Strong analytic, problem-solving, and research skills required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experienced interpreting COBOL documentation and pulling data from Mainframe Sources

What's in it for you:
The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
