  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Worksite Location: Hartford, CT
  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour

What you ll do as the Desktop Support Contractor:

  • Image and configure devices for new hires, refresh cycles, and break/fix needs.
  • Receive, track, and ship equipment, ensuring accuracy in asset records, SharePoint, and the depot database.
  • Perform data wipes on iPhones and prepare them for disposal or refurbishment.
  • Set up devices on the network to ensure readiness for users.
  • Assist with stock management in the build area and help drive overall depot success.
  • Support miscellaneous operational tasks as needed to meet business goals.

What you ll bring to the Desktop Support Contractor role:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience imaging and setting up devices in a professional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately update asset systems and records.
  • Willingness to take on varied tasks and work collaboratively within the depot team.
  • Dependability, initiative, and a focus on delivering high-quality support.
