Job Description:

Copilot AI Developer

Des Moines, IA

Custom AI solution building using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & the broader Azure AI ecosystem. This role will provide comprehensive support for solutions across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure Studio-from rapidly creating intelligent, cutting-edge applications to empowering R&D teams with the skills and resources needed to leverage Microsoft's AI frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy custom AI solutions, automate workflows and business processes using Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio
  • Collaborate with business to identify and prioritize AI use cases for productivity assistance and Low-code/No-code solutions
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to highlight the capabilities and educate the R&D organization about Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & the broader Azure AI ecosystem
  • Integrate appropriate AI services for business needs, staying updated on the new features and capabilities of AI services such as Azure Foundry
  • Build knowledge base of recurring issues for user self-service

Skills:
  • Copilot Studio - Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying custom copilots/chatbots
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot - Experience creating and integrating one-off agents that customize Copilot capabilities
  • Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Studio to enhance copilots with contextual and enterprise data.
  • Azure AI services & API integration
  • Browser development tools
  • Familiarity with plugin development, custom connectors, and Power Platform orchestration for extending Copilot capabilities
  • Strong understanding of security, governance, and lifecycle management within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environments.
