- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex business solutions
- Act as a strategic advisor to product teams and business leaders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution strategies and long-term roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional team coordination to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Oversee implementation efforts to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise systems
- Drive user adoption through effective change management strategies
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation continuously
- 6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or business systems consulting
- Demonstrated success working in Agile environments, ideally within product-focused organizations
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce
- Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organization
- Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities
- Preferred background in the insurance industry
- Relevant certifications, including CBAP, PMP, or Agile credentials like CSM or PMI-ACP
- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Experience with change management methodologies like Prosci or ADKAR
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
