Job Description:
Looking for an experienced(15+ Years) Technical Architect with deep expertise in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) domain for executing technology strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture Development - Design and maintain the technical architecture for QSR systems, including applications, data, and infrastructure.
  • Technology Strategy - Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement technology strategies that drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Solution Design - Lead the creation of end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable and interoperable.
  • System Integration - Manage integration of various systems and applications within the QSR ecosystem to ensure seamless operations and data flow.
  • Security Implementation - Establish and enforce security protocols to protect customer data and digital transactions across platforms.
  • Performance Optimization - Continuously monitor and improve system performance, identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
  • Governance & Compliance - Develop and uphold architectural standards and governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  • Team Leadership - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to architects, technical leads, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Engage with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and external partners, to gather requirements and align on priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect, preferably in the QSR industry.
  • Strong understanding of QSR business processes and technology landscape.
  • Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, databases, and emerging technologies.
  • Expertise in solution design, system integration, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering architecture initiatives in fast-paced environments.
