Job Details

We are seeking experienced D365 Developers and Technical Lead Consultants with Sales Module specialization. A deep technical background in customizing and extending the Dynamics 365 Sales module. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solutioning, designing, and developing large-scale D365 implementation experience a plus.
This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead development teams, drive best practices, and successfully operate within an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and implement scalable customizations and integrations for the D365 Sales module.
Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Custom Workflows, Plugins, and Azure Functions to extend platform capabilities.
Lead solutioning efforts, conduct proof of concepts (POCs), and establish technical governance.
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion DevOps/ALM practices.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and offshore development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise application development with at least 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales module is a must).
Strong hands-on experience in D365 Sales module customization using Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, and custom workflows.
In-depth experience integrating D365 with external systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps, etc.
Proven experience in leading development teams, solution design, and end-to-end project execution in a distributed team model.
Experience in designing and implementing reusable frameworks and patterns across D365 environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
