Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst Peoplesoft Financials for a permanent, direct hire role, hybrid in Newark, DE.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, troubleshoot, and enhance PeopleSoft Financials for optimal performance.
- Assess and implement systems improvements, resolving configuration and performance issues.
- Plan and execute projects to optimize business processes and the overall IT environment.
- Develop and adhere to the application roadmap, project schedules, and annual budgets.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage risks by negotiating favorable business terms during contracts and overseeing records.
- Provide expert guidance on technology-related business process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration.
- Proficient in Linux, Windows OS, Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and billing/accounting applications.
- Specialized knowledge in PeopleSoft Financials and related applications (Oracle Utilities, ESRI GIS, Infor EAM, IBM Cognos, Automic Automation Engine).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and adhere to budgets and schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
