SAP Planning Architect with OneStream platform

W2 Contract only
We are seeking an experienced SAP Planning Architect with deep expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S/4HANA, and OneStream to drive the digital transformation of planning functions across manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bridge finance and operational planning using integrated solutions and analytics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP planning solutions (IBP, S/4HANA PP/DS, APO) in alignment with business objectives.
- Integrate OneStream platform for financial planning, consolidation, and reporting with SAP operational planning.
- Partner with stakeholders to define end-to-end demand, supply, production, and financial planning processes.
- Architect scalable, global planning solutions across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
- Drive data integration strategies between SAP and OneStream, ensuring accurate and timely data flows.
- Provide guidance on best practices, system enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Lead technical teams in delivering robust, secure, and compliant planning architectures.
- Support change management, training, and documentation efforts across planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP supply chain and manufacturing planning (IBP, S/4HANA, or APO).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream platform (consolidation, budgeting, or planning).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, material planning, and financial integration.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-level SAP/OneStream architecture solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in discrete and/or process manufacturing industries.
- SAP certification in IBP or S/4HANA Planning modules.
- OneStream certification or hands-on project implementation.
- Experience with cloud hosting, integration middleware, and analytics platforms.
