As a Product Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, management, and optimization of the product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and finance to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance products' performance in the market.

Description

The Product Analyst will play an integral role in the product life cycle. Reporting into the Product Manager they will handle the following:



  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the consumer goods industry.

  • Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to evaluate product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with product managers to develop product strategies, roadmap prioritization, and feature enhancements based on market insights and customer needs.

  • Create and maintain product performance dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance against targets.

  • Support pricing analysis, promotional campaigns, and product launches to drive revenue growth and market share.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with target customers.

  • Provide recommendations for product optimization, portfolio rationalization, and new product development based on data-driven insights and market analysis.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product management processes and drive innovation.

Profile


  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience within consumer goods.

  • Proven experience as a product analyst, market analyst, or similar role in the consumer goods industry.

  • Strong analytic skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

  • Knowledge of product management principles, market research methodologies, and competitive analysis.
