Job Title: Cloud Projects Delivery Lead CRM & Financial Services
Location:- New York, NY
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of Cloud-based CRM and Financial Services projects, from planning and design through deployment and post-implementation support.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Manage project governance, scope, budgets, timelines, and quality metrics to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Oversee integration between CRM platforms and financial systems (ERP, billing, accounting, or reporting platforms).
- Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, and security standards across all project phases.
- Lead, mentor, and coach delivery teams to enhance performance, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and resource challenges, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Cloud Architects, CRM Consultants, and Finance domain experts to optimize cloud cost, performance, and scalability.
- Track and report key project KPIs and delivery health to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of total experience, with at least 8+ years in project/program delivery leadership within Cloud or Digital Transformation domains.
- Strong exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, or similar).
- Hands-on understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and their integration with financial and CRM systems.
- Proven experience in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech project environments.
- Excellent understanding of financial operations, reporting, and compliance workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery models and hybrid approaches.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
