Senior Business Systems Analyst – NetSuite ARM (Remote + U.S. Hours | Full-Time Contract)

Architect smarter revenue operations at scale.

We’re partnering with an enterprise client undergoing a major business systems evolution, and we need a Senior Business Systems Analyst who’s fluent in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)—not just at a surface level, but deep in the trenches with ARM Essentials and Revenue Allocations.

This role is central to revenue operations, automation, and financial transparency. You’ll lead cross-functional projects, translate complex business requirements into actionable system solutions, and drive continuous improvement across NetSuite and adjacent platforms.

You’ll also serve as a mentor and standard-bearer, helping junior analysts uplevel their work while owning some of the company’s most strategic initiatives tied to rev rec accuracy, reporting consolidation, and business scalability.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead business analysis, process optimization, and implementation initiatives with a strong focus on NetSuite ARM.

  • Own configuration and troubleshooting of ARM Essentials and Revenue Allocations features to support accurate rev rec and reporting.

  • Build and optimize saved searches, dashboards, and consolidated reports to empower finance and leadership.

  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and ERP vendors—driving clear communication and delivery.

  • Guide and support UAT cycles, training, and documentation efforts for new system rollouts or enhancements.

  • Mentor junior analysts and enforce business systems best practices across documentation, QA, and testing.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance compliance, and elevate system performance.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an enterprise environment.

  • 2+ years of deep NetSuite experience, including direct hands-on work with ARM Essentials and Revenue Allocations.

  • Strong knowledge of revenue operations and accounting workflows, especially within SaaS or subscription-based models.

  • Fluent in Saved Searches, report customization, and workflow automations within NetSuite.

  • Excellent communicator who can distill complexity into clarity and guide both technical and functional teams.

  • Bonus points for NetSuite certifications and exposure to other ERP platforms like Workday, Oracle, or Dynamics.

If you’ve ever said, “Give me the rev rec work nobody else wants—I’ve got this,” then we need to talk.
