Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst II to support clinical third-party applications and lead coordination efforts for upcoming system cutovers. This role is less focused on application administration and more on facilitating, organizing, and managing all moving parts involved in testing, cutover, and go-live activities. The analyst will work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to standard clinical applications or bridging solutions. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and coordinate all cutover activities for clinical applications Engage with vendors, including managing contracts and securing resources for cutover Assemble and coordinate all resources required for testing and cutover Create detailed, step-by-step cutover plans using Change Control processes in ServiceNow Monitor, resolve, and mitigate defects as they arise during testing and cutover Support go-live and post-go-live activities Ensure alignment with organizational standards and timelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project organization and progress Required Qualifications Bachelors degree Experience working with clinical third-party applications Hands-on experience with cardiology, radiology, lab, PACS, Sleep Lab (Cadwell), and PFT (Breeze Suite) Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment Experience with ServiceNow Change Control processes (preferred) Preferred Qualifications (if any) Prior experience supporting large-scale clinical application cutovers Familiarity with healthcare IT workflows and clinical system integrations Certifications (if any) No specific certifications required; relevant healthcare IT certifications are a plus Education: Bachelors Degree
