Job Details

Job Title: Specialty Software Engineer
Location: Columbus, OH / Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Must Have Skills

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience

  • Strong React and CSS (UI styling) skills

  • Backend development with Python

  • Experience building and deploying full-stack applications

  • Self-starter, adaptable, and fast learner

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GenAI or AI/ML

  • Java backend knowledge

  • Database skills (MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.)

  • Cloud deployment understanding

  • Cybersecurity project experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack features (React frontend, Python backend; Java in future)

  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity and AI teams on secure, GenAI-driven solutions

  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

  • Support application deployment and scaling across business areas

  • Contribute to agile sprints and continuous platform improvement
