Must have Skills: Oracle HCM CORE HR / Core HCM Redwood Journeys Transaction workflows Not looking for a developer. Looking for an SME in Core HR. Other modules are fine, but should not be the candidate's strength.
Apex Systems is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Core Functional Analyst to join our Oracle HCM Configuration team. This fully remote role focuses on supporting and enhancing the Oracle HCM Core module, including Redwood upgrades, Journeys, and transactional workflows. You ll play a key role in solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM Core
- Lead functional testing, client training, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and test system extensions
- Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support post-deployment issue resolution
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Cloud Core configuration and integration
- Redwood, Journeys, and Transaction Workflows
- Proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel
- Experience supporting enterprise IT systems
- Experience with additional HCM Cloud modules (Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to lead fit-gap analysis, CRPs, and training sessions
- Workforce modeling knowledge is nice to have
- Bachelor s degree in related field (must have)
