Under the guidance of the Implementation Manager, the implementation specialist performs various tasks related to requests for enterprise application implementations. Related tasks include creating implementation procedures, acquiring knowledge of enterprise application functionalities. as well as of users and systems requirements, training of users and providing technical assistance to users. Specific Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Application Implementation Analyst may be responsible for the following duties:
? Prepare implementation procedures and other technical specifications.
? Install EA systems.
? Undertake rigorous testing of EA applications systems.
? Maintain assigned EA systems, providing operational support for EA systems, analyzing, and implementing EA systems changes/upgrades, etc.
? Write and develop programs to interface with existing systems such as Intune and SCCM.
? Ensure data security and integrity.
? Prepare, update, and maintain EA system documentation and related technical/procedural manuals.
? Assist in procurements, preparing technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
? Perform set-up and monitor EA systems performance measures.
? Participate in EA support services.
? Advise users on the most suitable hardware and software for different tasks; maintain and enhance EA software.
? Develop training materials and conduct training sessions and demonstrations of EA systems for users.
? Perform ad hoc duties as required.
? May provide guidance to new/junior personnel.
? Assist with GAP analysis.
? Develop operating and user manuals.

Qualifications:

? Basic understanding of platforms for enterprise applications development and operational environment, such as PowerShell and/or other object-oriented programming principles, knowledge of Windows platforms from a test execution perspective, with background in testing on user computing devices.
? A minimum of five years of experience in systems administration in a large enterprise environment is required including a minimum of three years of operational experience using Microsoft technologies to perform a broad range of Microsoft related technical functions (such as deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, & maintenance).
? An expert level of knowledge of Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.
? Ability to write and use PowerShell scripts, json, Microsoft Graph API and xml.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing SCCM and Intune applications deployment.
? Bachelor in Information Systems or Computer Science or a related area is desirable.
