Senior Centrify Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Centrify Engineer (SME) to join our team. This individual will serve as a trusted expert in Centrify's Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, providing deep technical expertise, troubleshooting critical issues, and advising on best practices for implementation and optimization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on experience with Centrify (now Delinea) technologies and IAM platforms, is comfortable leading the resolution of complex outages, and can effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a balance of technical depth, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Centrify SME and technical authority for design, implementation, and optimization of Centrify solutions across enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical issues and outages, providing root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and map them to Centrify's capabilities, ensuring effective usage of the platform.
• Serve as an escalation point for critical incidents and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure fast and effective resolution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal teams and clients, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
• Communicate product features, integrations, and usage recommendations clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with product management and vendor support teams to advocate for client needs and influence platform improvements.
• Support security, compliance, and operational standards while ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of identity infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Centrify/Delinea solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge of Centrify Privileged Access Service, Privilege Elevation, and related security tools.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system outages in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and related IAM technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to executives and clients.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale clients with mission-critical identity/security infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Centrify/Delinea certifications or equivalent IAM certifications.
• Experience integrating Centrify with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Background in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance frameworks.
