Description:
**100% Remote**

We are seeking a Process Architect to lead automation initiatives for our Fintech client. This role focuses on designing and implementing automated workflows using tools such as UiPath RPA, Alteryx, and Workato. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, works independently, and is passionate about driving efficiency through automation.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
  • Process Design & Documentation
    • Develop detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) to capture requirements and workflows.
    • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable automation plans.
    • Create test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery.
  • Project Leadership
    • Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, providing clear status updates and action plans.
    • Lead daily stand-ups and coordinate with developers to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
    • Ensure timely updates in project management tools (e.g., Asana) for visibility and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with process owners, engineering teams, security, legal, and compliance partners to secure approvals.
    • Facilitate meetings, demos, and communication to keep all parties aligned.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Optimize processes and identify opportunities for automation across business units.
    • Track and report success metrics post-deployment to demonstrate impact and drive program growth.



Experience Requirements:
Required Skills
  • Proven experience creating PDDs or similar requirements documentation.
  • Strong background in process optimization and automation strategy.
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies, including Scrum facilitation.
  • Ability to lead meetings, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with UAT and test case development.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with RPA program management and automation governance.
  • Experience building intake processes and managing automation pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Automation Center of Excellence practices.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
